This is great! Well, let's see if our fellow bakers from around the world take your invitation seriously  In fact, there's Dieter (DE) and then there's gillthepainter (UK), but I see they're brave enough to venture in the Forum using Spanish! I'm aware that many Spanish Forum users do speak good English and that they're more than eager to give a hand. Let's just wait and see. Thanks for that anyway. |

Well, i'm one of the ones around the world, but nearby because i'm from Portugal, and i read spanish very well, writing is a little bit more dificult, but enough to say Hola!

On the other hand, it could be interesting if you posted a little thread explaining the bread(s) from your region in Portugal (here in English if you feel more confident, or in the "Panes con historia" sub-forum). In fact i have a portuguese recipe with a lot of history in an old entrie of my blog, the name is Fogaça da Feira, and i think it cames from medieval ages, i'm going to translat it and put it here, or may be "saint google" could translate it to spanish  I hope i can do it soon Saludos |

A Portuguese recipe from the Middel Ages? That sounds really interesting. You can whether post it here in English or in "Panes con historia" in Spanish. Anyway, I'm sure that even if you posted it in Portuguese it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks again

Lamorack! great idea!!! I've been thinking the same thing...it was a bit sad to see that no english speaking bakers dare to participate in this fantastic forum! they are all welcome. The more, the merrier. Today I've written to Mamatkama, the moroccan lady (living in the UK) who has an excellent blog with fantastic bread recipes to come visit us! I hope she does and we can all learn from each other!
