Javier, i've tried. But this translation is absolut absurd. I'f i'm understanding right, is here aproblem for a correct cut in the surface (skin) of a bread. You can use (somebody postet, yet) a hot knife, a rasor-blade. Then you need a bit dry surface, so the surface will break in the first time of baking. Pues después de haber empleado la clásica cuchilla de panadero me he pasado a la navaja de afeitar que tenía aparcada desde hace años con excelente resultado. |
