Hola a todos,

He visto este horno de leña y quería preguntaros si creéis que sirve para cocer pan.
He visto los otros hilos de cocción en hornos de leña y salen unos pedazos de hornos que no me puedo permitir :cry: .
El horno es de chapa de acero con un par de ladrillos refractarios en la base. No se si es demasiado pequeño, o demasiado sencillo...

He visto el mismo horno en páginas en italiano y alemán que tenían opiniones de clientes. Con ayuda de google translate he deducido que los que lo compraron no están muy contentos...
Así que seguiré buscando.

Yo con el que tengo estoy contento. Gasta poca leña, se calienta rápido y me da sin problemas para una sesión de pizzas y una hornada de pan. Más no puedo pedir.

Preguntas un poco tontas (aún no estoy pensando en comprarme uno, pero tengo curiosidad)
Cuando pones la chapa no esperas a que se caliente?
Cuando usabas el eléctrico, ponías vapor? Tengo entendido que con los de leña no hace falta ninguna complicación de vapor ni nada, no?

Debe ser muy gustoso cocinar con ellos, por el ritual, los olores, los tempos pausados (cuando no se está en época estresante).

Yo también tengo un horno portátil desde las Navidades.
Cada día le saco más partido.
Es el Forno Fontana modelo Marinar a de 80x80 interior.
Es el típico horno Toscano que va bien para todo.
El mio consume muy poca leña y también tiene el separador metálico pero yo además le pongo tres tochos refractarios y no tengo que ir dando vueltas al pan. Se hace uniformemente

Estoy bastante interesado en este tipo de hornos de cúpula metálica.
Los que los tenéis estáis contentos con ellos?
Le veis algún inconveniente? El calor se aguanta bien?
Es posible hornear un asado por ejemplo solo con el calor que ha acumulado el horno, o es necesario tener llama dentro?
