¡Qué maravilla!
El lujo es nuestro por tener foreros que hacen estas cosas y las comparten (envidia verde me corroe, :mrgreen: ).

Bueno y gracias también a que existen profesionales de verdad y artesanos que quieren compartir su saber...

Yo he escrito a dos panaderías "supuestamente artesanos" en Andalucía (no voy a dar nombres) para organizar visitas y ninguna me ha respondido siquiera, cuando antes de esa petición habíamos tenido un intercambio de correo previo sobre la labor panadera en la actualidad. ¿De qué se ocultan? ¿Qué es lo que no pueden/quieren compartir? Es preocupante.

Y felicidades a Shrewsbury Bread por el excelente trabajo que realizan. Personalmente, ver que un negocio así puede salir adelante me hace ser un poco más optimista sobre el futuro.
